Session Abstract

How do you monitor Enterprise Clouds with the goal of not only maintaining high service availability but also predicting issues that your customers may experience? I led my organization's efforts to work with Business and Technical stakeholders to develop and implement a monitoring strategy for the multiple clouds that we have set-up. This approach included both inside-in and outside-out approaches as well as synthetic transactions and scripts that allowed us to proactively identify application signatures that may be indicative of possible issues.
