Session Abstract

In today's context of mobile workers and connected customers, the cloud has morphed from future option to present mainstream without the permission of IT's traditional "deciders." Fortunately, those who make the most of this change are finding themselves delivering on-time, on-spec, on-budget results with superior security, comprehensive mobile capability and transforming collaborative power. Peter Coffee, VP for Strategic Research at salesforce.com, shares a global perspective on cloud-driven measures of dramatic changes well under way -- and resulting trends of massive competitive disruption.
