Wellness program adoption is growing at an extremely fast pace, promoting and encouraging better health behavior through education and incentives to prevent higher costs down the road. Opportunities for business rules are everywhere: from identifying the at-risk population to recommending activities, as well as accounting for rewards. Onlife Health, the subsidiary of BCBS of Tennessee dedicated to total population management, developed a leading-edge infrastructure, which includes business rules management, to support the exponential growth of members signing up for Wellness Programs.<br /> In this session, attendees will learn:<br /> - The motivation for adopting business rules technology<br /> - The lessons learned on this first-time initiative<br /> - The benefits / ROI achieved by Onlife</p> </div></div></div><div class="field field-name-field-keywords field-type-taxonomy-term-reference field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Keywords:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even"><a href="/taxonomy/term/4" typeof="skos:Concept" property="rdfs:label skos:prefLabel">cloud</a></div><div class="field-item odd"><a href="/tags/wellness-program" typeof="skos:Concept" property="rdfs:label skos:prefLabel">Wellness Program</a></div><div class="field-item even"><a href="/taxonomy/term/191" typeof="skos:Concept" property="rdfs:label skos:prefLabel">decision</a></div><div class="field-item odd"><a href="/taxonomy/term/563" typeof="skos:Concept" property="rdfs:label skos:prefLabel">business agility</a></div></div></div><div class="field field-name-field-spfname field-type-text field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Speaker First Name:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even">Carole-Ann</div></div></div><div class="field field-name-field-splname field-type-text field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Speaker Last Name:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even">Matignon</div></div></div><div class="field field-name-field-jobtitle field-type-text field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Speaker Job Title:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even">Co-founder &amp; CEO</div></div></div><div class="field field-name-field-company field-type-text field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Speaker&#039;s Company Name/Affiliation:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even">Sparkling Logic Inc.</div></div></div><div class="field field-name-field-bio field-type-text-long field-label-above"><div class="field-label">Speaker Bio:&nbsp;</div><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even">Carole-Ann Matignon is co-founder and CEO of Sparkling Logic, a leader in Decision Management technology.
